Miami University women's basketball team claimed the 2026 Mid-American Conference Tournament championship with a 68-58 victory over sixth-seeded Toledo on March 14.

Semifinals

Miami opened the MAC Tournament on March 11 with a 65-58 win over Kent State. The win was the RedHawks' 26th of the year, adding to their record for single-season victories.
